Refund and Returns Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • They must be in the original packaging.
  • You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

What usually can’t be returned:

  • Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines
  • Personal hygiene items 
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds:

  • Once we get your return, we’ll email you about whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the money will go back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank, as it can take some time for refunds to show.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

  • If the item was a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the return.
  • If the gift giver sent it to themselves first, the refund will go to them.

Shipping Returns:

  • You’ll need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item. These costs are not refunded.
  • Send your return to: {physical address}.
  • If you’re returning something expensive, consider using tracking or insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
